3. Trend towards consolidating HR Tech Stacks: Streamline tools to reduce fragmentation, save costs, and ensure systems integrate for better data flow and insights. This can be quite concerning as you will no longer have best-in-class tech. Consider a review before switching to a one size fits approach.
4. Tie Talent Data to Business Impact: Align talent strategies with business goals to showcase measurable outcomes, starting with clear problem statements.
5. Measure Beyond Hard Skills: Recognize and value soft skills like collaboration and emotional intelligence, which are often overlooked but critical to team success.
6. Invest in Data Literacy: Train teams to understand and act on talent data, ensuring insights drive real change across the company.
