True Holistic Recruitment: How to Leverage AI in Talent Teams
Top Tips from Episode #012 with Siobhan Stericker on Embracing AI for a Smarter Recruitment Process and more...
This week we dropped the latest Episode #012 True Holistic Recruitment: Exploring AI Use Cases with Siobhan Stericker from HMRC
Here are the top tips from our chat about how to use AI in your Talent Teams”-
Embrace Failure and Experimentation: Don't be afraid to try new things and fail. It's through failure that you learn and grow. Embrace a mindset of experimentation and curiosity.
Utilize Open Source Data: Use publicly available data to explore AI tools without the risk of compromising sensitive information. This allows for innovative use of data while maintaining security and compliance.
Leverage No-Code Tools: Platforms like Mind Studio allow you to create AI-powered workflows without needing extensive coding skills. This can help you build useful tools and proof of concepts quickly and effectively.
Engage in Peer Learning: Encourage your team to share their experiences with different AI tools through lunch and learn sessions or weekly challenges. This fosters a collaborative learning environment and helps everyone get comfortable with new technologies.
Focus on Human-Centric AI: Use AI to augment human capabilities, not replace them. Tools should support and enhance the skills of your team, helping them to be more efficient and effective in their roles.
All feedback welcome!

Wednesday's Top Tip:
This week I focused on something I talk about a lot which is taking best practices from other teams and constantly applying to TA teams.
This time it was User Journeys from design thinking and UX teams.

What I Learned This Week:
I went back to basics this week and was back sourcing for a Lead Engineer. If you want to get more “bang for your buck” buy Sales Nav for sourcing projects.
if you are on a limited budget or have only a small number of roles to hire for - do not go for LinkedIn Recruiter Lite - for me it’s too lite for the price.
Instead Sales Nav you get in-depth enough sourcing search and you get 50 InMails instead of 30.
The thing I was harshly reminded of was how we still cannot a/b test in our sourcing activities. Imagine you used two messages to see what responses were getting a better response without having to do this manually!
You could start to do exactly what marketers do why arent we and sourcers?
Anyone who knows any good tools that allow you to do this please share in the comments!
Next week I will be recording podcasts and launching a very Interesting one with Jeremy Sholl who is a Talent Intelligence Wizz!!! Cant wait to drop this.
